I am a 46 yr old high school history teacher in southern california...I am married with 2 boys ages 8 and 10. About 6 months ago I was ask by a coworker if I might be interesting in spending an hour a week reading to an older man. As the story went...he is an ex professor and was an avid reader. His eye sight have dimmed to only using a magnifying glass which makes it slow and hard to get through a novel....also he lost his wife to cancer and she was his reading partner as well....i agreed to an interview and then would make the decision. I met with him on a Sunday afternoon and he was quite interested in my background in history and how I conducted my classes. all in all, we hit it off quite well and I agreed to come to his home and read for an hour or so each week. I am a very casual person so I usually wore jeans and sweat shirt in cool times and shorts and t-shirt when warmer. After about 2 months he ask if I might wear either a dress or skirt to read. Being me, I told him I would but wondered why the request. The next week I showed up in a dress, quite conservative with a length to my knees. He was delighted that I did and ask for a skirt next time. My clothing did not seem to detract him from the reading so I agreed and wore a green skirt, again knee length and a long sleeve white blouse. I bounced back and forth between my casual clothes and skirts and dresses...about 3 weeks ago, he ask if I could wear something a bit shorter....I began to wonder just how much eyesight he actually had lol but I complied with a skirt that was about 4 inches above my knee. He seemed just delighted. That brings us to the present time...I wore one more full dress about the same length and I had to skip a week due to family illness. I'm now trying to determine if he is just a lonely older man and enjoys my company and likes to look. I have put some thought into what to wear next. I have a couple outfits that are a bit shorter and not sure if I should give them a go unless he ask. More to come later... |
